pre-shoot
1. let’s connect
We’ll start with a call to get to know each other and discuss ways I can help you stand out and create content that tells your gorgeous story in a way that feels good, builds trust and connection, and highlights your passions. Not at this stage yet? Check out my free brand photography intro kit to better understand your brand before reaching out.
2. the adventure begins
Your post-booking step-by-step guides will lead you through the planning questionnaire and help us uncover authentic ways to tell your story, from where in the world you want to shoot and whether a location rental is recommended, to what props and outfits feel good and help guide your content while connecting you with your audience
3. bringing it together
Our planning call will dive into your questionnaire (full & half-day shoots only) and vision so I can map out a custom plan and shot list that aligns with your brand and showcases the heart and soul of your business, your values, and your stories. It will serve as our outline and prop checklist on shoot day as we capture months' worth of purposeful content.

4. arrive with intention
In the lead-up to shoot day I’ll share methods to help you get in the zone mentally, physically, and entrepreneurially so you arrive with high energy and focused intention for a day full of creativity and fun as we make our way through the shoot plan, capturing your stories, and embracing spontaneous ideas as they come.

5. surrender to the joy
throughout our time together I’ll be chatting, offering posing guidance, and cracking jokes to encourage natural reactions. You may feel a tad stiff at first (it’s completely natural) but if you allow yourself to surrender to the joy and, laugh, dance, and celebrate with me, we’re going to have an incredible day and your gallery will be filled with authentic, heartfelt images.

6. relax & decompress
shoot day is high energy and it's super common to feel quite drained the next day so I’d recommend planning a recoup day for yourself as a little treat while you await your proof gallery.
8. put them to use
Your final images will be delivered in web and high res sizes so you can put them to work as soon as you’ve downloaded them! With your commercial user license, you have the freedom to overlay edits and alter them as you see fit to best benefit your marketing needs. I’ll be sharing loads of tips and tricks after your shoot to help you strategically put them to use.
7. pick & choose
within a week of your shoot, you’ll receive a proof gallery of the best images from our shoot. Once you’ve chosen the photos that will best support your brand’s vision and marketing strategy, I’ll roll up my sleeves and pop on my playlist to dig into the edits.

how much is a brand photoshoot?
As much as I hope you'll opt to spend the whole day shooting with me to get you LOADS of content, I know that doesn't suit everyone's business journey so I have a few different offers that can help with any budget and schedule. what to expect on shoot day
Story-based brand photography is a great time!
Once we've met up we'll briefly go over the plan for the day, I'll get my gear sorted out, and prep the playlist while you settle in.
I recommend starting our session with a short meditation and even lighting incense if you'd like to clarify your intentions and set your energy.
We'll get started once you feel aligned and ready, working through your key shot list, wardrobe, and props. I'll move around to get plenty of angles so you have a nice variety, chatting and guiding you throughout the day. I'm a bit of a goofball so that will be obvious once we get started. Most clients find that the crazier I am, the more relaxed they feel!
These shoots breed creativity so if ideas pop in your head, please share so we get the most out of our time together!
Ease and fun are important aspects of shoot day so we'll take breaks as needed to support your energy.
Once we're done I'll pack it in and head home to back up your photos and get to work sorting out your proof gallery to send your way ASAP so you can start marking your favorites!
