Holy smokes what a DAY! Rachel and I met at a networking event in Liverpool shortly after one of the lockdowns and I am so so grateful!

As someone who experienced burnout from a career-driven lifestyle, Rachel retrained and refocused her life to suit her passion for helping other women who've experienced the same.

Spending an inspiring day with Rachel shone a big fat giant light on her compassion and dedication toward helping other women who experience burnout, transform their health and lifestyle. She truly practices what she preaches!

We spent time in nature, got footage of her exercising and playing with her sweet dog, Juno, among many other things from making (and tasting) smoothies, juices, and even enjoying lunch at her local farm shop.

As a registered nutritionist, functional medicine practitioner and mental health expert, she's made it her goal to help tired and wired career women combat fatigue and rebalance their mood naturally; and feel revitalized, reenergized and restored.
