We kept this shoot simple and intentional, photographing the founder of Abeni Lane in my home studio to capture the quiet, everyday beauty at the heart of her skincare brand.



Who is Abeni Lane?


Abeni Lane is a curated skincare brand built around calm, simple rituals and quiet moments of luxury. Its founder is a lifelong skincare devotee who wanted to create a space that feels both indulgent and accessible — a place where beauty routines aren’t about perfection, but balance.


As she begins launching her website and her first range of curated skincare, she wanted brand photos that reflect exactly that energy. Images that feel warm, minimal, and easy, that she can use across her site and social platforms without needing to constantly film or create content on busy days. And of course, visuals that introduce her as the face behind the brand in a way that feels soft, confident, and true to her ethos.


Abeni Lane is for women who want to look after their skin without complications. Skincare that fits into real life.



How We Worked Together


She opted for my Show Up Shoot, the two-hour, no-planning package — perfect for busy business owners who want beautiful, intentional images without the longer, strategic prep process.


She shared a few inspirational photos, told me what she needed for her website launch, and from there, we got creative.

Why we shot in my Home Studio


My home studio gave us the perfect environment for what she wanted: soft natural light, cosy textures, and a space that feels lived-in rather than clinical.


It offered the exact balance she needed, elevated enough for a luxury brand, but still intimate and relatable. A place where skincare feels like part of your real life, not something staged.


The studio shines brightest in spring and summer when the natural light is most reliable, and we had the perfect conditions for the calm, minimal look she envisioned.
