Brand shoot spotlight on Hypnotherapist, Kate Roberts.
I feel like the universe often brings me 'perfect fit' clients. People who are kind and open, fun and happy to have a laugh. Ones who are both relaxed AND fully invested in their shoot. People who are happy going being the small talk and connecting on a deeper level.
Kate is one of those. And she totally reminded me how much I love working with people who help others and I'm so grateful google led her to me (keeping up with SEO as been a nightmare so what a reward!).
Kate provides a "safe space for clients to explore their deepest levels of consciousness and create empowering and lasting changes to the way they think, feel and show up in the world." She often works with women who "feel lost at the moment, who are smart and kind but have lost their spark... She may be anxious or depressed and really wish someone could help her."
Hypnotherapy actually changed her life as a client and allowed her to leave her corporate career and train to help others. How cool is that?!
Kate booked a brand shoot to get out there on social media more and to update her website. She wanted to include movement and natural shots showing her on a zoom call with a client, enjoying coffee, meditating, journaling, and spending time at the beach.
We ended up meeting at 92 degrees in Southport where she invested in a makeup artist and we started with the 'office-y' type shots, followed by visiting an outdoor cafe where we enjoyed prosecco and a few more laptop shots before heading to Ainsdale Beach to enjoy an incredible golden hour in the dunes and sunset along the water. Isn't her flowy dress in the final shots a total vibe?!
Because the people who seek her help are often going through tough times we din't want to just show off smiles and happy times, so we made sure to include moments of reflection and thought and I couldn't be happier with her gallery! Even bought a new lens that arrived just hours before the shoot; AND got to play with my new prism to create some really cool effects!
